Loved the time outside Poker and the time spend with my friends was awesome...Played some cardgames ( NO POKER!!!!!!!!!!) at nights, spend the days at the beach chillin hardcore, and jumped down a waterfall...man how much i love the feeling to jump down there... ( its about 5 km from tavira in Portugal, Pego do inferno ) if you are ever near Tavira and you have the guts to jump down there, dont hesitate, its definitely worth it. Here is a pic , really beautiful place.
Well i guess one of the funniest days in Portugal for me was when we headed to the disco in Manta Rota called Manta Beach. At the night we went there the Dj was Jolanda Be cool, so we were prepared for a great night with lots of drinks and good music. HAHA, when we arrived there we decided to head to the Bar at first and order a few drinks, a friend decided to pay the first round, so he ordered 3 vodka redbull and one bacardi cola. easy game, 52 EUROS gone HAHA. I ll never forget the look in his eyes when he saw the amount he had to pay for 4 drinks ;)
After surviving the shock he decided to drink anyway.. I mean, beautiful ladies, a discoteque at the beach and you dont get drunk? No way....so it became a really expensive night for all of us, but we had fun...one thing that wasnt fun at all, is that jolanda be cool is probably the worst Dj i ve ever seen in my life...omg that guy is a total joke..my winamp player is better than he is...
Well coming back to poker, holy god are downswings brutal!!!!!
I went from +4500$ in hyperturbos to loosing 2000$ back there and winning 1500$ again. and alll of that in 6 days....man, swings killed me a bit ;)
but the worst part is, that my downswing in 18-180 turbo sngs is still active.
I cant remember to ever see so many bad beats in such a short time. Therefore this month I am down 1200$ in Turbo sngs and there is no end to be seen...Lets hope that Pokerstars stops this shit.
I started to play hypers in the night time again and made another 1000$ there, since there are no regs playing at night its free money up for grabs. lets see how this month developes.
Today I ll take a one day break from poker and spend some time in the cinema and buy the biggest popcorn , nachos and coke Portion i can find...that will be a BIIIIIGGGGGGG Portion... its only 1hr lift till then ... weeehaaaa ;)
but honestly its been a long time since poker caused me to tilt...and even after working so much on that part of my life/pokerlife, i again found myself in the middle of a epic mega tilt and this has to stop.
So what to do now?
Well the first things are:
eat healthy ( ok i ll start that tomorrow lol )
workout (check !!! )
spend time with friends ( check check !!! )
hear good music, go party , entertain yourself with stuff other than poker ( check check check !!! )
lets see how it works, and hope pokerstars decides to turn off the doomswitch soon..
Oh hey, before i end this i would love to share with you a hand i ve played yesterday, and after that i sat infront of my computer and was really frustrated.
we were 4 handed bb 600 in an 18 man,
i had 6,4k in the bb, the sb had 6,5k and there was a guy utg with 234 chips left after posting the ante.
utg folded, btn folded and the sb limped, his stats were 9/0 after 90 hands or so...so what to do???i had K9 off, so i jammed and he called...with??????????????????????????? qt offsuit...
